Jacea Tucker grew up immersed in the family business, with Evelyn Tucker establishing Community Property Services (CPS) from the lounge room of the family home in Hilton. What began as a home-based business has since grown into a thriving practice operating from its industrial limestone office in Beaconsfield/South Fremantle.

After several years of night school study, Jacea qualified as a Settlement Agent and officially joined CPS in early 2005. She became a licensed Settlement Agent in 2007 and, following Evelyn’s retirement, took over as Director in 2013.

Hannah joined us in 2020 after 5 years of conveyancing with a local law firm and the completion of her Diploma of Conveyancing.

Her strong desire to expand her experience and her dedication to hard work is a huge benefit to our team and, of course, our clients. She is proactive, punctual, energetic, knowledgeable and a wiz with technology.

Hannah proudly received her license in 2023 and has well and truly cemented herself a place in our little family for the long term.

After a decade in the banking industry, Justine began her conveyancing career at a boutique, forward thinking, customer focused agency in Esperance.

Justine worked with CPS after relocating back to the city, before she left to seize the opportunity to broaden her experience and obtain her Conveyancing Licence at a larger firm.

Always drawn to the personalised service and close knit culture of a smaller team, Justine was warmly welcomed back to CPS; where her dedication to clients and passion for the industry continue to shine.

Outside of work, Justine and her husband are kept busy with their three children and their various activities.

COMPLIANCE/OFFICE COORDINATOR

With a decade of banking experience and a previous role within a mortgage broking firm, Chantal brings a strong foundation to her management and compliance responsibilities. Her industry knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to best practice help ensure smooth operations and exceptional client support.

Her optimistic outlook on life, together with her friendly and happy demeanour, are a delight to be around.

When not at work Chantal enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two young, energetic children.

Jesse Crake

CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT

Jesse joined the family business in late 2022 after relocating from Gidgegannup to begin a traineeship following the completion of Year 12.

Bringing youthful energy and enthusiasm to the team, Jesse quickly found his place within the company and enjoyed the experience so much that he decided to stay on permanently.

Outside of work, Jesse enjoys an active social life, gaming, and maintaining his fitness as a dedicated gym enthusiast.
