She joined Community Property Services in 2008, where her attention to detail, knowledge and outstanding client service ensured she moved swiftly into management, becoming the manager in bona fide control in 2014.
Well known and well regarded in the industry, Kylie has been nominated four times (2013, 2014, 2015 and 2017) for the LANDGATE, DOROTHY PEACOCK AWARD for outstanding contribution by an individual to the conveyancing profession.
PA TO KYLIE | LICENSED SENIOR CONVEYANCER
Lorraine is our newest team member. Originally coming in as a temp in 2018, she was an obvious choice to permanently join the team as PA to Kylie.
Lorraine’s gem qualities shone brightly as she settled in to support Kylie and then transition into Senior Conveyancer covering when Kylie is on leave. Lorraine has become the ultimate fit within our small, tightly held dream team.
Jacea Letizia (nee Tucker)
Community Property Services was started in the lounge room of Evelyn Tucker’s Hilton family home, where training for daughter Jacea began early. The office has since relocated to a funky Freo limestone space in Beaconsfield.
With property in Jacea’s blood at nineteen, shortly after starting at Town & Country Bank, she purchased her first home in Hamilton Hill.
Jacea was a Mobile Mortgage Manager with ANZ and NAB and after several years of night school became a qualified Settlement Agent in 2004 joining Community Property Services in early 2005. She became licensed in 2007 and a director in 2013 when her Mum retired.
